This was my first time using a service like this and it was truly a learning experience. When you submit your information into "quote" websites, you will be contacted by several brokers. I worked with a broker by the name of Ironclad Auto Transport. In particular, I worked with Sean. By no fault of his own, the actual trucker who agreed to transport my car had a breakdown of his truck midway through and it took a long time to get my car delivered. However, Sean was not only a caring person but a highly reliable one who always responded promptly to my calls and emails and stuck through the entire process like a true professional. He made the process so much easier by really caring about what was happening and doing things before I had to ask such as negotiating with the trucker to lower the transport cost. If I need this service again in the future, I would not hesitate to go right back to Ironclad and Sean instead of wasting time looking at other brokers' quotes which in the end means nothing. Nice work, Sean! Thank you.
