As a woman, and a first time auto transporting customer, I searched for an auto transport company that had good reviews, was upfront, and not condescending. Josh, at Ironclad Transport, was just that person. He was extremely helpful in guiding me and brokering the move of my car. He gave me straight answers when I asked for an idea of cost and time frame to move my vehicle to another state. Josh gave me information about how it worked, told me what to expect, kept me informed as to where we were in the process, as well as what I needed to do... He was helpful from the initial estimate, transport reservation, through the actual transport, and finally with a follow-up to make sure all went as he quoted and I expected. I felt very comfortable sending my car off. Choosing Ironclad Auto Transport was a good choice. Thank you Josh for your professionalism. ;)
