Joanna answered the phone and I knew that she was the one that I would use to transfer my vehicle. So many different people called with so many stories about getting me my car moved across country and the vibes they were giving off were not good. I spoke to Joanna and she gave me the price, told me how it works, and that was it. My car was picked up on the 1st day I wanted (even though I gave her a window for pickup) and it arrived in CA a day early. Joanna was available during the entire process whenever I needed her. I highly recommend using her company.
