I had the pleasure of dealing with Dianne. She was professional, friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. They do not make employees like this anymore. I had the displeasure of working with the delta office. I called for days and absolutely no one picks up the phone, and when they finally do they are rude and uncaring. Its like night and day.
