Mr Prockner, I will give you a quick answer to your review, as I hate when people only tell their little part of the story, you came to us because you had setted this up with someone else that left you hanging for a few days and never picked up your vehicle, you had to have the car picked up that same day or next day, it was after noon already and we told you that the only way to make it happen was by expediting and that costed an extra $300 and you totally agreed to that, we found a truck that was willing to pick up the vehicle in the evening or the next day and he asked for an extra $50 that you agreed to pay as well, so I want to make clear of where the extra cost came from and that you totally agreed to it as you don´t mention that on your review (someone else left you down and we got your car transported), the driver planned to deliver this over the weekend, he could not make it on Saturday (next day after pick up) but he made it on Sunday. I truly apologize for not answering our phone on Saturday night on Sunday when you called but as any human been we deserve our rest and have hours of operation. I fell bad that you are so dissapointed on the company that made the order, got the car picked up and delivered within 3 days at a rate that you were totally confortable paying. I don´t think we deserve such a bad review from you but cannot do anything to change it.
