Over a 2 weeks ago, i scheduled transportation with Jonathon. It was not picked up on originally planned date. JBA apparently priced themselves too low without communicating that to me, so after i heard FROM OTHER COMPETITORS, I increased my pay 50$.
This dispatcher did not ask when i would be available for delivery, or how my prefered method of payment would be, just scheduled that the delivery be at 11 AM. Im not aware of many people that arent at work this time.
But this was my fault, as the customer, for not giving him the information i was not asked for. I only found out the delivery time from the driver, and thats when it became a problem.
Needless to say, JBA lost a customer and the towing company gained one.
Would not recommend JBA to anyone looking for quick auto transport
