I would NEVER recommend JJ Auto Transportation. Shipping my car became and absolute nightmare that I wouldn't even wish on my worst enemy. My car was delivered nearly 2 weeks late, and I would constantly get the run around in regards to where/when my car was being delivered. On the day my car was supposed to be delivered (a Saturday), someone text messaged me that the trailer was broken and they were looking for a mechanic to fix it, not a problem as I understand that unexpected things happen, but continuing to give me the run around WEEKS after this happens is unacceptable. Usually dispatching companies provide you with the actual DRIVERS phone number to contact them directly regarding your car, however, with JJ Auto Transportation, this is not the case. I was given someone else number who will keyword: OCCASIONALLY communicate through text message, and not answer any phone calls. Stephanie, from Montway (the company who arranged the shipment) mentioned when I called to complain that "James (Is he the driver, the owner?! I don't even know!) may sound funny, but don't worry he is normal" Okay...?? Basically leading me to believe that my car is in the hands of someone with a possible substance abuse problem... GREAT! Upon delivery my car was delivered by another company/set of drivers, and I was NEVER once informed of this. The lack of communication is disgusting, and completely unacceptable. After WEEKS of delaying delivery of my car, I decided to look up the reviews of JJ Auto Transport, and they are horrendous. I am not the first customer to have an absolute awful experience with them, and I'm sure I'm not the last. I seriously become so nervous that I was never going to see my car again, that I contemplated contacting the police, which another customer who went through JJ Auto Transportation actually DID in order to get her car back! Upon delivery of my car there was a hole put in my exhaust that was definitely not there prior to shipment, that someone had attempted to fill with GLUE! To top all this off, my TRANSMISSION was shot! I was better off leaving the car in California instead of ever letting JJ Auto Transport have possession of my car. I wasn't even able to drive my car for WEEKS after it was delivered, I am now out THOUSANDS of dollars between shipping my car, having the transmission rebuilt, and fixing my damn exhaust. All in all if I had the choice of using Montway and possibly being assigned JJ Auto Transportation as my drivers for a flat rate of $1, yes, just 1 dollar, I'd still choose to drive the car MYSELF over 3,000 just to have peace of mind and keep my sanity!! BEWARE and DO YOUR RESEARCH
