I was told by this company after giving my deposit that the driver would be calling me 24 hours ahead of pick up time to let me know when my car would be picked up. Well needless to say 24 hours before and I still received no phone call. I tried callingseveral time but my calls were screened; going straight to voicemail. I then had my husband call from his cell phone and guess what someone answered. They gave him all kinds of excuses even said they had a few people to pick up with my same name(first and last) and was getting my order mixed up with other people. My husband was told by Heather that she would call him back; well to this date and time; no phone call. I then kept calling and calling and calling and calling back and got no answer. I tried calling cell numbers I had; which was fine to use up until today when I am inquiring about why my pick up was not done nor scheduled. I was told someone would call my back tonight they are open until 9. Well as you can guess we have not received a phone call. We are PCSing from Ft. Lee, Virginia to Ft. Riley, Kansas tomorrow and have no set up for our car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY; THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD. DON'T BE DISAPPOINTED AS WE WERE. CALLING CREDIT CARD COMPANY IN THE MORNING TO DISPUTE OUR DEPOSIT.
