On Friday, June 4, 2010 at 1:00 pm, I called and placed my order to have my 2010 Mitshubishi Outlander transported from GA to TX. The price was the lowest of all the other companies I researched using Auto Transport Review. My order was on short notice since because I was anticipating driving the vehicle myself (a 14 hour drive) but I changed my mind. I was moving in less than a week. The following early Tuesday morning, I received a call from Beth at JMAC that they have a driver in the area and they can pick-up my vehicle within a few hours. JMAC was wonderful and provided excellent customer service by keeping me informed on the status of the driver.The driver also called to let me know his status and distance from the pick-up location. By 6:00 pm my car was picked up. I was skeptical when the driver said they will have it delivered the next day late evening. Sure 'nuf, they called when they were 70 miles away from the delivery destination point and my car was delivered by 3:00 pm in wonderful condition. I was very pleased with JMAC's service and the driver (Roylaton Transport, LLC). Such great customer service and friendliness. I had enough stressfull things to deal with and I appreciate them for making this one less thing to be stressful about. I would definitely refer JMAC to anyone. Thank you so much!! Dian
