Now that I have had time to settle in my new location, I would like to take a few minutes to thank JMAC Auto Transport for theie time and care to have my pickup transported from Florida to California. After dealing for a month with a transport company in Florida, that was filled with false promises and lies, it was refreshing to find JMAC Auto Transport. Working with Kim in locating a trucking company that was able to have my pickup transported turned from frustrating to a pleasure. JMAC Transport took the time to explain how the transport company worked along with taking the time to keep me informed almost daily on the status of the transport. Even though I was dealing with a company out of state, they made me feel comfortable and confident that they were doing everything positble to have my pickup transported. My vehicle arrived in the time frame they stated and I received a follow up call making sure everything was ok after the arrival. I would highly recommend JMAC transport and their highly experienced representative, Kim, to anyone in need of a transport company.
