Now the carrier wants to sue me for non payment. They JMN brokered this out to a carrier and have not paid the carrier for every reason they can throw at them. No invoice, incomplete invoice.
The carrier has faxed me copies of the invoices and they are fine, thus we will cancel the payment on credit card and pay the carrier. The lateness was JMN's fault as they lie, and lie and lie about the lies.
