Speaking with Dave over the phone and discussing details was very simple and easy, and customer service was fantastic. The only problem was the shipping company Dave chose was not good at all. Customer service was bad, and communication was terrible. The truck got held up because of mechanical reasons, and trying to find out details and how everything worked and when the truck was going to leave was a pain. Dave said he would never choose that shipping company again, or at least make sure the lady I was trying to work with will not be apart of it again, so that's good. I assume that issue will never be a problem with JR5 again.
