Sent and email to Rick to explain that we no longer needed their service and to not charge our credit card. His response was "YOU WILL GET NOTHING DICK". How appropriate is that??? Yes a nasty message was sent in return but he is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. If he is part of the family then I would expect the rest of them to have the same negative, sour, unprofessional attitude as well. I advise all to stay away!
