They took our money- provided no service- sent an open truck, promised refund that never came

This is not a legitimate company. They showed up with an open hauler to haul our Ferrari- the ramp was not a lift as ordered, and we ordered a closed truck. The car could not be loaded. They admitted fault, promised us a refund. Refund never came and now they refuse to return our calls.
