We have shipped with J&D several times. Pickup and delivery has always been prompt and dependable. Ken, the driver, owns the business and is terrific to deal with. It is a pleasure to deal with an honest and reliable company. Because we had been uncertain as to when we heading north, we had to take a scheduled pickup and delivery several days later than we wanted. I would not consider shifting carrier. However Ken had a cancellation and he picked up and delivered the car a week early, to my great satisfaction.
