This is the forth time we have used Ken's service. He is great. We have never had any damage to the cars, everything intact. Ken is courteous and VERY prompt. He always calls en-route to give you a heads up on timing. He is usually early which is great. He is wonderful to work with. I am so happy that we finally found someone that is honest and reliable. As I have had terrible experiences in the past using carriers that work with brokers. It has always been a disaster. I highly recommend Ken. Feel free to contact me. I'd love to give him more business.
