Ken is an owner/operator which is what I was looking for. I made the MISTAKE of filling out the online form to get quotes on shipping. I got HUNDREDS of repetitive emails and my phone would not stop ringing for days. I was more confused than ever on who to choose. Then I researched this site and found good reviews on Ken. He:
Answered his cell live the first time I called
Reviewed all information and made arrangements instantly
Delivered as promised and picked up my vehicle on the day he stated
Communicated via his blackberry keeping me in touch
Arrived promptly in CT the FOLLOWING day and I had my new vehicle that NIGHT!!! (I was thinking this was going to be a drawn out process; not at all, traveled 900 miles and had the following day!!
Met me the exact time that was convenient for me and my wife
Was very friendly and inviting
Offered to stay while I put the license plates on/etc

Bottom line, great guy, I could not be happier. Vehicle arrived quicker than I thought, no damage, no hassles, no phone calls wondering whats going on, no b.s.
Great guy, great service would recommend to anyone.
