J&S Transportation and Roadmaster Towing (FL), [contracted for the final leg] were TERRIFIC! Price was very competitive, both companies kept me up to date through all phases, and the vehicle arrived as promised and in excellent condition. In contrast, when I've done prior vehicle shipments with other companies, there were often lengthy delays before pickup (WEEKS), calls weren't returned, customer service reps were very shady, etc.

Due to a mechanical issue with the vehicle delivered before mine (NOT with the truck), my vehicle didn't arrive until after dark, which had me concerned about unseen damage at delivery. However, they assured me that I could report any damage the following day once I had a chance to see it in daylight, which was a welcome relief.

Fortunately, there wasn't any damage, but J&S and Roadmaster's exceptional customer service and willingness to do that was something I have never experienced in prior auto transport transactions.

Joe and everyone at J&S were highly professional, and the vehicle was delivered on time, at the price quoted, and without any damage. I definitely recommend J&S and would use them again.
