Car driven on to transport in perfect running condition at pickup point Bobo's Rod and Customs (consignment car lot) The car was for sale $40,000. At drop off address car unable to be driven off transport, had to be towed and pushed into my shop. Damage to rear end (spider gears) and transmission (cant shift into other gears). Found a hole and dent on the front of the exhaust crossover pipe. It appears that the driver got hung up on the transport while shuffling cars around during the move. Have photos of damage and bills from transmission shop that did repair. Joe at J&S transport didn't seem to think it was their fault.

J&S Transportation stands behind our damage claim policy. It is impossible to inspect mechanical components for damage prior to loading. Since we are unable to inspect mechanical components, such as differentials, transmissions, or engines, mechanical failure is not covered per our damage policy.
