This is the first time i have shipped a car. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the entire team - from the initial contact, followed by regular and timely updates / responses - text / email / calls, flexibility in the pickup and drop off of the car and most of all making us feel comfortable through the entire experience. The car was picked up and delivered as promised - and Sam took the extra effort to drop off the car at my daughters house. I will have no hesitation in reaching out to the J&S Team in the future or for recommending their services to anyone.
