I had a hard time deciding to ship my car as the industry, as a whole, has a fairly poor reputation. Delays in pickups, drop offs, damaged cars, stolen cars, poor communications, requests for more money (in cash)upon delivery, etc. In my case, J&S came through with no problems. Car was picked up with the window promised and delivered in 3 1/2 days (amazing) with no damage at all.In this case J&S acted as a broker, not a transporter, but it worked out very well. Price was set in advance and that was it. Communication with them and the driver of the truck went very well. All in all, it was excellent service.
