I had a GREAT experience with Jayhawk Auto Transport and will definately use them again in the future!
Originally I was very skeptical with any auto transport company because some of our friends had had no luck in the past with them. I began checking on line and my skeptisism grew as quotes ranged from too good to be true, to are you out of your mind? I was doing some research on the companies from whom I received quotes and Jayhawk was the only company that was listed with the Better Business Bureau. Jayhawk's prices were fair so I decided to try them.
I dealt with Ron and he told me about the contracts and how they work and about after sending my deposit who and when would contact me. Other than that, there was little correspondence.
Everything occurred just as Ron had explained and when the driver called me, he was extremely kind and courteous. He worked around my schedule although I knew he was under time contraints (as he doesn't get paid till the car is delivered) so I made sure to cooperate with him so he could come and get my car as early as possible. I ended up meeting him at 7:30am. It took him just a few minutes to get loaded and when I asked when he thought the car would be delivered to the destination - he shared his schedule with me and estimated he would be delivering the next day around noon.
Around noon the next day, I received a call from my new neighbor stating the car was delivered and backed in to my garage as requested. I then received a call from the driver also indicating the same.
What great piece of mind to know my vehicle was already at my new home before me.
I will definately use Jayhawk Auto Transport again in the future and be happy to recommend them to friends and family.
