What a smooth transaction. I had an emergency come up right after ordering service and Jay was understanding and flexible. It ended up only being delayed for a day, but he promptly re-arranged for delivery yet again. Both pick-up and delivery were well ahead of schedule and beyond my expectations. Vehicle arrived early, clean and driver was very polite and responsive. I would definitely use Jay again and highly recommend his service.
