Called on Wednesday to get car picked up Friday. Jay explained that I needed to have a 4 day window. As luck had it I got a call Friday morning and the car was picked up Friday afternoon. . One of the most important things is when you called the number associated with Jay's Auto Transport you talked with Jay directly. Jay was great explaining exactly how things would happen. The driver ran a little late getting to MA and due to that could not make delivery until the next day. After having an awful experience 3 years ago with a transport company I was very nervous but this experience was great - Thanks Jay.
