This is my second time using Jays Auto Transport. I must say that I am just as pleased with the service that he provided this time as I was the first time. The first vehicle was a car, pretty straight forward. This second time I had a pick up truck with a ladder rack on it. Although I was a bit apprehensivel that there would even be a carrier available to take this particular job, Jay went above and beyond to get it done! Not only did I only have to wait 3 days to get it picked up, it was here 4 days after that!!! With our weather here in NY that was amazing! Jay is dedicated to meeting the needs of the customer, takes the time to verify that all those needs are met and stays in communication with his customers until the job is completed. For me the price for this particular job was very reasonable at $900 and I was so thrilled to have the truck in 4 days from the time it left California that I tipped the driver $100 when he got here. Not only will I use Jays Auto Transport again I will also request the driver that did the hauling again as well. Win, win! Thanks Jay for all that you do!

Thank you for the outstanding review Amy. You are the best customer ever. These drivers work so hard for the money. Most customers are never happy enough to give a big tip for work well done. Thank you so much for understanding the driver life. Your tip was well received and definitely made the truck drivers day.
