My car broke down and my warranty company was giving me a hard time about approving the work so unfortunately I had to rent a car to come home to Wisconsin. Yes, probably one of the worst weeks! Rather than driving back down to pick it up, my husband and I contacted Jay's Auto Transports to bring my car. Wow! From the first phone call to the delivery I was completely amazed at how professional and courteous everyone was. I was given thorough explanation as to how everything would be handled and that gave me a total peace of mind. I was contacted when my car was picked up. I was contacted during the driver's route to give me time reference. My car arrived just as I left it (and a bit dusty!). I would recommend this company 100% to anyone. They really came through for me at a time when I really needed it! Thanks to Jay from Jay's Auto Transports, and to Shane the driver who delivered my car - also very courteous and professional.
