On the day of my big move from Virginia to Florida I discovered that the moving company I hired to haul my furniture down to FL would not be hauling my vehicles as I had thought. The moving company explained that they don't do vehicles despite the fact that my vehicles were discussed and included in my original moving quote months earlier. To make it right, the moving company reached out to Jay and got him in contact with me. I was terrified that I would have to leave my cars behind. My flight was the next day and I had no plan for this and no idea how to do this at such short notice. Jay was able to find me an amazing driver to haul both of our cars down after just a few minutes of searching. He was so helpful and explained every step of this process.
