My experience with this company was, in a word, excellent. The paperwork was prompt and the car was picked up and delivered when promised. Jay was diligent, personally involved and went out of his way to make the process as easy for me as possible. This was critical because I was not only transporting my vehicle1000 miles, but I was relocating myself over 1000 miles. So, there were a lot of other things to worry about. They made moving the car one less thing to worry about. Jay is not only knowledgeable about the transport business, but he has a real affinity for customer service and for people. I would definitely use Jay's Auto Transport again and recommend them to others. You can count on them to go the extra mile.
