We wanted to transport our son's car from Michigan to Arizona. We contacted several companies via the internet. Jay of Jay's Auto Transport got our business due to exceptional customer service. He explained the entire process of shipping the car in terms that I, as a novice, could understand. He answered my questions and even suggested a few questions that I hadn't thought to ask. He followed up on all our communications. I wish the driver had been better about his communication. He picked up the car a day after we expected, but he delivered it in Arizona 2 days earlier than expected. I would use Jay's Auto Transport again and have already recommended them to friends.
