First time auto transport user. Needed to get my cousins inoperable 1960 Ford pickup truck from California to Michigan for restoration. I emailed or called a half dozen companies, checked their ratings never felt confident in them, until I talked to Louis at Jet Auto Transport. He put put my mine at ease, explained the process and quoted the cost. I explained the truck wasn't ready yet, he said no problem, just let me know when your are ready. Other transport bidders were bugging me for the business, but not Louis. When I was ready so was Louis, called him on monday the truck was picked up promptly as per my request on that friday in Ca. and delivered on time in Mi. the following tues. No problems. The driver was courteous and helpful to me and my cousin. It turned out to be a pleasant first time experience. I would highly recommend Louis and Jet Auto Transport. No nonsense, fair, and honest great service.
