Dear Bob,
I am disappointed that you gave me such a bad rating on all the work I did to get a carrier to relocate you Cadillac. You called me 2 days before your preferable pickup day and then call back to change the pickup and then called again to change again. I responded to all of your calls, 2 to 3 per days and also reply to all of your emails, 2 to 3 per day. When I did get a carrier to transport your car, I told you about the additional $50.00 that the transporter was requesting, and you agreed to go with this carrier and even thank me for working so hard and answering all of your calls and changes. Also, when you called me, to place your order, after receiving my quote, you ask me to give you a better price and to match a quote from a different broker, so I did. You had the choice to refuse this carrier that was requesting $50.00 more, just like my original quote was, and I would have got a different one at a later time. I assume you did not want to wait any longer so you went with that carrier. The relocation was done promptly, and my customer service was excellent to you and just like all of my other customers as most of my ratings are saying. If you do not want to do business with me again, I am very fine with that as I would not do business with you again.
