The company picked my car up 8 days after it should have been picked up. It then took them 14 days to deliver it to me. They lied every time I called them and they postponed the drop off 3 times. On a cross country trip from California to Pennsylvania some how my vehicle saw Georgia, Washington DC, and New Jersey before it came here to Pennsylvania. They never return phone calls and when you call them they don't even know what kind of car you have. By the end of the whole deal they actually threatened not to drop the vehicle off at all. I was 5 hours away from reporting the vehicle stolen when it finally showed up. The driver was polite but spoke no english and refused to bring the vehicle to me I had to go to a parking lot to meet them.
Because of their irresponsiblity my wife almost lost her job as the vehicle was purchased for her work. I would never use them as long as I live again and after reading this I hope nobody else does either. The final kick in the face from K-1 was the fact that I had to pay $934.00 for them to rip me off and they refuse to give the money back. I would rate this company as an F for failure.
