We shipped our car from California to Virginia. The auto broker we used was excellent, but this K-1 Auto Carrier that was selected to pick up and deliver our car was horrible. They were late delivering our car and the car was supposed to be washed before delivery, but was dirty when it arrived. They called to tell us our car was to be delivered between 10-11 am. My mother-in-law stayed home from work to receive the car. They didn't show up and then they called and said they would be there at 5pm. She had to lose a whole day of work in order to receive our car. When K-1 arrived, they called her and told her that her car was out on the main road. They didn't even deliver it to her house!!!!!! It was sitting on the side of the road in the right hand turn lane for her neighborhood. Their english was not good, there was definitly a language barrier. I would recommend you avoid this company.
