I used KJ Falcon to transport my car from California to Pennsylvania. I could not have been more satisfied with the service from start to finish. It was uneventful at worst and polite and timely at best. I was not present to collect my car (the driver was so quick to get the car across the country, I didnt fly out until 2 days after it arrived!) and so I had my aunt and my mother meet the driver. The driver was exceptionally patient when I had confused the pick up location and directed them to the wrong rendez-vous area. Thank God for gps and cell phones! The driver patiently waited on a very cold night for my family to meet him in the correct location. Both the pick-up and the delivery were quick and painless.
The driver was unbelievably prompt (to the minute) on both ends. I had expected and accepted lots of "oops" time but never experienced any. Perfect timing and perfect estimation of arrivals.
Obviously my car was dirty when it arrived. How could it not be? I could not afford a covered truck. Seeing how it was transported clear across the country in the middle of winter a little dirt is expected. I dont care about dirt.
The price was the best I found, and I shopped around because I needed the best possible price.
I would highly recommend using KJ Falcon to anyone in need of auto transportation. That being said, I hope that I have no immediate or future needs to move a car again...moving in general is hard! Take one extra worry off your hands and have your car transported by these people!
