They got my car shipped from California to Virginia in only four days. Arrived dirty (as can be expected since it was an open carrier) but with no damage or scratches. I'm very impressed with how fast they got my cars across the country.
The company was a little difficult to deal with. Let's just say that friendly customer service isn't their priority. Everyone I talked to in their dispatch office was short with me and slightly rude.
The pickup date/time seemed to be a moving target. It went from Monday to Saturday to Sunday morning to Sunday afternoon to Sunday evening. Luckily they picked it up early rather than later, and I was able to get a rental car to cover the 1 day that I didn't have my cars.
I was very nervous about having my cars shipped cross-country but they really came through for me. This was the ONLY part of my move that went smoothly.
