Overcharged for service. Car never delivered to destination and was returned 21 days later after police intervention. Car was returned damaged. Insurance policy does not pay for KJ Falcon's complete responsibilities due to lack of coverage in its policies. KJF has bad reputation with its own insurance provider. Still trying to resolve matters and escalating to legal forum.
