I had difficultly in getting other companies to give me an exact time that I could get my vehicle picked up from the Manheim Orlanda location. Being a single vehicle and going 2/3 across the county I could understand the resistance from other companies but Velocity got it picked up in one day and delivered with the driver going over the weekend for travel. Great service. I'll use Velocity again and again...
