After filling out an online request form and receiving several quotes by email in my inbox, I went with KVB Auto Transport and I am glad I did. When I called, Brad didn't answer the phone as if it were a business, but I have to say that is my only criticism. In every other way, the transport of my vehicle was handled in a very professional manner. Brad was very communicative, both on the phone and by email. I appreciated the fact that he explained the process to me and that they don't charge a deposit until they secure a driver. The driver was also very communicative and professional. This was my first experience having a car transported. It was my car from when I was in high school and it meant a lot to me. It was transported from Wyoming to Vermont and everything went very smoothly. I would completely trust Brad and KVB if I had any additional transport needs. I highly recommend KVB.
