I am truly sorry you fell you had a bad experience booking with KVB Auto Transport to ship your vehicle. When We look at the NATIONAL LOAD BOARD We find a price that a carrier will take the vehicle for. Unfortunately when a customer doesn't take the recommenced price and wants to pay less there is a chance that the vehicle will not move on time. I spoke with Brad and he did everything he could including giving up our brokerage fee to the driver and still go no hits. We had a death in the family and as you may not know Brad and I (KEVIN) Own the company and were both out for 3 days. Sorry that we didn't get back to you sooner.
