Ms Regina Fields If i were able to give you any stars from a scale to 10 i would have to say none!! This says about your character but let me just get to the bottom of this , we apologize if you feel this way but quite frankly sometimes there are delays, in saturday you spoke to one of our agents i believe his name was max .you explained to him that the driver we had for you was not gonna work for you, so we cancelled this monday you called in and you were told refunds usually take 2 or 3 days today is wednesday there shouldnt be anything to talk about that was not said since monday .im afraid you know nothing about what a scam is or scammers do i suggest you take time and expand your vocabulary, either way we are sorry we could not transport your car but as we promised refund is in full
