Jc and Alexander were very helpful, very honest, and genuinely concerned about my vehicle getting here safely.I xported a 1967 Mustang from Denton, TX to Houston, TX. This was my first experience doing so. I spoke with many different companies and they all started to sound the same. They also all had rediculous prices. JC and Alexander answered all of my "newbie" questions and returned any phone calls that were missed. I went with them and it was a great decision. So much in fact, that I didn't even pay a deposit ... at all! I had expressed to them the importance of it getting here quicker then the date specified and they assured me they would go out of there way to see what they could do. Well, they did! They did this for free if you can believe that. They knew how important it was to me so they took their end off just so the driver could have an incentive to deliver the vehicle quicker. I signed the paperwork and paid the driver cash on delivery. The driver was very nice and delivered the car to my door step. He even gave me change for the cash I paid him. A pizza delivery guy wouldn't even do that, lol. My only complaint would be that I was under the impression it was to be xported on a 3 car hauler. It showed up on a 9 car hauler and was filthy. That being said, there is no damage to the car and it needed to be detailed anyway, lol. I will definately refer these guys and this company to anyone. They are very helpful and have made my first experience pleasant. If someone is questioning Kensington LLC, just read all of these fantastic reviews!
