Alexander (at Kensington) as well as the driver, Jerry, were both courteous and professional during the entire transport period.... a cross country 300 mile trip. They were both customer focused and always available to provide updates. The driver made himself available during transport via cell phone, which gave me comfort that everything was OK, as well as helped me understand the arrival date.
