King of the Road Transport, Inc. and Pacific Auto Delivery, Inc. exceeded our expectations in every way. Their service was excellent in that they were prompt, professional, friendly, and eager to please. The vehicle was picked up a day earlier, which was acceptable to us; and, it arrived two days later. The driver on arrival was polite, extremely friendly and considerate. He phoned us at least three times with status reports. We felt secure in knowing that our vehicle was in good hands.
Mary at King of the Road was on top of every issue. Her follow through was exceptional in every way. Phone calls were answered in a timely fashion. She answered all questions and tried to get us the best price. We appreciated her efforts on our behalf.
If the need arises, we would definitely use King of the Road and Pacific Auto Delivery for future moves.
