I had a good customer experience and wanted to share it. here is the email i sent to them.

To whom it may concern,

I am writing in praise of Julia Dress's customer service skills and friendly communication. I recently was in the market for a car shipment company and sent out inquiry emails to about 15 companies. Julia exchanged a number of emails with me, and put in a lot of time researching my questions and comparing quotes from other companies to the one provided by King of the Road. I decided to sign a contract with another company due to price, and notified other representatives I had been communicating with, including Julia. A few other representatives responded to me with unprofessional and rude replies about the company I hired and the choice I had made. Julia though replied very professionally, and encouraged me to consider your company in the future if the need ever arose again.
Julia's customer service skills are not just a testament to her own professionalism, but also reflects the professionalism and success of her managers and King of the Road as a company. An important part of customer service is handling situations where you don't make a sale, and rather than resorting to frustrated and angry language, Julia remained friendly, helpful and accepting of my decision. If we are in the market again for shipment services in the future, we will strongly consider your company.
