I had a car and a motorcycle shipped with KOTR. The customer service was very good if I called they answered my questions they worked with me on delivery dates on the contract because I was starting a new job and jy delivery window was small. The motorcycle was picked up palettized and onnits way with no problem. The car was also picked up loaded on the carrier and on its way with no issues. In the contact I stated no delivery before the first. the trucking company called to try to deliver the car on the 29th but I wasnt in town yet, not a big deal they said we can reschedule delivery. I got in town on the first and tried to contact the company that had my car couldnt get in touch with them until I called KOTR 2 days later on the 3rd and they got ahold of the trucking company after hours of trying and scheduled delivery for the 4th. On the fourth as scheduled my motorcycle was delivered , by a different company than the car, just as I left it no damage clean off the truck quickly and the guys doing the delivery were great. I waited for the car for another 3 hours until about 3pm and called the driver who was suppossed to deliver my car only to be told he would do it the next day. I told him I was informed that it would be delivered today and I needed my car. I expected the car to be delivered earlier than that but I failed to factor in the holiday. After a while I asked where he was located and told him I was coming to get my car.I drove from renton to tacoma, with traffic about 45 min I got there looked over my car, payed the fee and went on my way. KOTR did an amazing job I just was not a fan of the driver who technically never delivered my car. Id definitly use KOTR again I would just ask them to avoid useing the same contact in Wa if at all possible.
