While we had very good service and communication from King of the Road, the communication with the driver was poor. The driver never called the day before pickup - I had to call only to find out he was picking up the vehicle that day. It worked out, but advance notice would have been better. Delivery to my daughter in Portland was timely - about 2 hours earlier that expected but he did call her the day before with an estimated eta. Driver said he would contact me with the car was delivered, he did not. I did relay all this to King of the Road that they should review this driver.
