I purchased an Acura from out of state and needed it transported from California to Texas. I started to research companies and read tons of nightmare stories of price changes, deadlines missed and lack of communication once payments had been made. The more I dug the more I started to rely on the BBB research results and ultimately picked a middle of the road bid from King of The Road who is an accredited BBB company with an A rating. I am pleased to say I did not make a mistake in the decision. Once I executed the contract, I was contacted on a daily basis with updates as to the transport process. Not once did I need to initiate contact to obtain the current status. The vehicle was picked up and delivered on schedule without incident. If I ever require a vehicle to be transported again, I will use King of the Road as my broker without question. To further this review, I saw a lot of feedback left on this site for King of the Road which was heavily skewed to the positive side which led me to believe the reviews were fictitious. This is clearly not the case. I am an actual customer who's influence for this review is purely the excellent job executed for me.
