2003 Lincoln Navigator arrived in San Antonio, Texas on 17NOV13. Delivery date was to be 15NOV13. We were notified of 24 hour delay on 14Nov13. Service from broker at King of the road was A++. We know that things do occur in transit from point A to B. Took day off from work for 15NOV13 to receive purchased vehicle, as we were not sure of delivery time. Leave from work could not be retracted as it was entered via computerized timekeeper system days in advance of the confirmed transport receipt. Vehicle received at 0130 a.m. on 17NOV13. Satisfied with vehicle condition. Off load from transporter was a bit rough on the vehicle, but at this time we just wanted to get the vehicle home. Driver was paid as agreed upon(full payment). Temo transport receives a grade of C for this transport. I would use the transporter again in the future but I would voice my concerns next time to the driver upon arrival and request that the vehicle be removed from the truck with care and caution to limit the amount of damage that the customer would have to repair.
