I originally gave a fee upfront to Fidelity and they did nothing for me. There was no communication at all for a week and they never found a driver and I didn't get my money back. So, I called Julia at King of the Road and it was smooth sailing from there. She was so sweet and so professional and all the other people there were the same. They found a driver immediately and my daughter had her Saab in record time! I appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you SO much Julia you are awesome!
