The company we had booked to move my mother's car fell through a day prior to moving. We contacted King of the Road and Diana set up a pick-up within a few hours. The transport company that Diana booked was Pedro Mendez Relocation. Sarah arrived on time the following day and picked up the car and delivered to Florida the following day.
From the time we contacted Diana Smith at King of the Road until Sarah picked up the car and delivered it, we were provided "excellent" customer service.
Diana called to make sure the car was picked up. Sarah called when she actually delivered and parked our car in our driveway.
We would definitely use both King of the Road and Pedro Mendez Relocation again if we needed a car shipped. We would recommend both of these companies to everyone we know.
